Nigel was very professional. He called and emailed me the day before to answer any questions I might had. Sold me a "Certified" pre-owned that still needed a part (wasn't in yet) to complete the certification and now no one will return my calls to get the part put in. Wondering what I did to be ignored. Not a call, not an email. Nothing. Weird, since I told them I was okay waiting until the car was ready. Eager to sell a car that wasn't ready, then don't care once the deal is done.
