I saw this vehicle about 3 weeks ago… I received a phone call from Chris, who said he was with “internet sales” He kinda worked a deal over the phone. I saw that Gettel was serious about selling the car. However, when I got there the sales person I was talking led to ask for wasn’t working that day apparently. I was handed off to Jeremiah. He couldn’t find the “deal” that Chris had put together. So, we started fresh, like I had never been there. I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Trading in a 2023 Telluride for a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. The “sales manager” checks out the Telluride and comes up with a “deal” that I would get a check for roughly $300… That really ticked me off. That was NO WHERE CLOSE to what Chris had came up with! I’m not against Gettel making a profit, but you don’t have to make it off me. I ended up getting a check (waiting on the check by mail as of this date) for $7300. So, I know that “sales manager” knew better and thought I was an idiot. I would have LOST that money if I was. Jeremiah did a great job! I can say nothing but good for him. I know that there’s nothing that can be done now BUT I didn’t want that “GETTEL ADVANTAGE” I made that known but something happened and it was slipped into the deal. I didn’t catch it but just wanted SOMEONE to know that I know it now and you’ll NEVER slip it past me again. More
Service department diagnosed faulty BSM as a faulty module with a replacement cost of $2000. Repair declined. BSM reset itself 4 days and now functional . I tried three times to book an appointment thru the Kia app with no response. I also tried twice thru Gettels website and finally got a response once.
