They tried very hard at times but in the end the experience was overall disappointing. The latest issue was discovering the windshield washer got past their inspection process and was not working. experience was overall disappointing. The latest issue was discovering the windshield washer got past their inspection process and was not working. I went to remove the right wheel to get to the pump to replace it and I discovered they failed to provide me with the special locking lug key needed to remove the wheels. So on top of having to buy a new pump I wasted two hours of my time and the added expense of having the locking lugs professionally removed and buying new lugs. More
