Went to the service department for a 10:45am appointment. Went in to the service advisors office not a greeting, hello or even an acknowledgement I was even there.. after waiting 10+ mins someone finally hel Went in to the service advisors office not a greeting, hello or even an acknowledgement I was even there.. after waiting 10+ mins someone finally helped me. I was there just for a oil change. So I waiting in the lobby, at 12:30pm I went to check on my car and it had not even been taken in to get started. I was already there a hour and a half. Finally at 1:30pm I was done. No apology, once again no acknowledement that the service was horrible or sorry you had to wait, nothing. It should Not have taken well over 2 hours for a oil change, that is unexpectable. Needless to say, I left there infuriated and will never recommed this dealership. I have never had such poor sorry service. What a Huge disppointment this was. I bought my car here but will never return for any type of service let alone upgrading my car. And will be sure to sprend the news to many people.. More

yesterday I had to get my an oil change on my vehicle and your service tech Lou Normand made sure that everything went fast and smooth.Upon completion of the sevice my phone rang and I had to leave urgently. your service tech Lou Normand made sure that everything went fast and smooth.Upon completion of the sevice my phone rang and I had to leave urgently. I paid my bill in cash and left. Not even 5 minutes later Lou Normand called me and stated that I had overpaid my bill. It seems that some of my dollar bills had stuck together and he had received too much money. Thank God for Lou's honesty! It's rare in these days to receive great service but it's even harder to find an honest person to refund money that had been overpaid. Keep it up Lou !!! Thank you very much ! More

Our salesman Mitch is who sold us the new Sonata. He was pleasant and very friendly. I had stopped in at my last service in Nov and wish I had met him then - I had found the salesman attitude not very good pleasant and very friendly.
