Just arriving from Oregon, I noticed an oil drip. I took it into Gettel and the experience was far above what I am used to. Attitude makes a world of difference. The service advisor, Ashley McCarrick, pro it into Gettel and the experience was far above what I am used to. Attitude makes a world of difference. I was not pleased when i came in and sat there for a hour and then was told that my part was not in. I received at least three e-mails with notices about my service appointment, I could have been notified th and then was told that my part was not in. I received at least three e-mails with notices about my service appointment, I could have been notified that the part didn't come in before i took the day off. But it did come in while they were looking for a car to give me to take home and come back the next day. I was also told that it would take about a hour to do the work about three hours later it was done. While sitting there the service manager walked by me at least eight times and never even gave me a hello. More
Loaner was not available, although I asked for one when setting the appointment. I had to wait 15 minutes for Hertz to deliver a small car that wreaked of cigarette smoke. The final bill did not include discounts we agreed to when I turned in the car with Car Care coupons. I found out the error myself and it was corrected. Although the car was washed, the wash did not include the interior. A section of the windshield had a strange residue glued to it that I had to scrape off and clean. Not one of my better service experiences. I would generally recommend this dealership, but not today. More

I discovered a nail in my tire and low pressure. I stopped in hoping for a quick turn around. Patrick was very helpful. Squeezed me in asap. He also added in my service that was also due. Bob was very professional and efficient. I was impressed that there were people available immediately to repair my window chips. I've been going to Gettel for a few years, never had any reason to distrust the service dept, that is, until now. while waiting for my oil change to be done, the rep came in to tell me my brake fluid was "v reason to distrust the service dept, that is, until now. while waiting for my oil change to be done, the rep came in to tell me my brake fluid was "very bad, dark brown" needed immediate at- tention;I'd had my car serviced back in April (not @ Gettel). I couldn't recall what I'd had done but it was lot so I declined his offer to replace the fluid, got the car, checked my papers, and sure enough, I'd had the brake fluid changed in April, this is now early Jan. but I'm no mechanic so I took the car to the place I'd gone to orignally; I explained what I'd been told, the tech took a sample of the fluid, it was a teeny bit pinkish, not even close to "dark brown" but because the change was under warranty, they changed it for me again anyway; so now, the end result? I no longer have any faith in the service dept,will take my business elsewhere; I believe they were willing to lose a customer to make a few paltry bucks, not good and it didn't work so, I leave it up to you to decide p.s. I was with the tech when he took the sample and compared it to the chart so no funy stuff went on. More
