Feel free to use my comment. She excelled at customer service because I accidentally went to your Sarasota location instead of Lakewood Ranch as that’s where my GPS took me. I was in the verge of tears and she managed to squeeze me in.

What I took my car in for, they didn't even do. I was supposed to get a free oil change and tire rotation and they didn't do it. They kept it for a day and a half and had plenty of time to do it. I More
