When the oil was changed the service Tech must have run some type of software update. Lost our blue tooth connections and had to reconnect our phones. Then the text feature didn't work until we started the some type of software update. Lost our blue tooth connections and had to reconnect our phones. The service advisors are top drawer. They are super nice and accommodating, but I can tell they are frustrated. They need to hire more mechanics. I had a very hard time making a service appointment due to staff shortages. Once I got an appointment, I had to leave my car there, because I would have waited for over 5 hours for a basic service. They did provide me with an Uber ride home so I didn't have to wait on site. The only thing I really don't like about this dealership is the incredibly drab waiting area with lackluster amenities. I've been in other Gettle waiting areas and this one feels like a prison. More
