Mr. Sabobeh, We appreciate the feedback, however I do not see an appointment scheduled for your Palisade. Please call in and schedule with Jordan, he is a great Service Advisor. Also, please accept our apology that the A/C unit in our lounge was being repaired the day of your oil change appointment last month. Rest assured, we never want to inconvenience our customers and the lounge is cool and comfortable once again. Thank you for your business!

Of course there is no appointment scheduled, because he never scheduled it he know he didn’t done it on the first time I was there ,I went there to change the oil and replace rain senior and wasn’t done from the first visit I was waiting 3 weeks for oil change and rain sensor, now I’m waiting forever for rain sensor to be replaced I have to drive to a different dealership to fix it

Took about 2 hours longer than was scheduled with no updates while they were working on my car, nothing. Not to mention, the service they called “mandatory” screwed my car up worse than it already was. More
