In the latter part of June my daughter’s 2. 4 GDI engine in her 2014 Hyundai Sonata seized. After calling Hyundai corporate and opening a case, I had her car towed to Gettel Hyundai of Sarasota 4 GDI engine in her 2014 Hyundai Sonata seized. James was polite and diligent in his research regarding the matter. He kept me updated throughout the month it took to complete the repairs and tried to make the process as smooth and seamless as possible. James went above and beyond and was extremely professional and understanding during this stressful time. James’ skill and customer service is excellent.
