The last time I was in I saw Tom who referred me to Ben even though he was very polite, all the things that Tom promised were not completed. He did a diagnostic and told me he cleared the check engine ligh even though he was very polite, all the things that Tom promised were not completed. Tom also said he would keep the car and would provide me with a loaner, there were none available. He told me that he was going to try to get hindsight to extend the warranty since the light came on after recall visit. I am very disappointed in your service department. I was also told today that the car would be running a little rich, so essentially, in this economy and the gas prices, I am wasting gas. This was my second trip from sun city to take care of this problem! Talk about a waste of gas and time! I will be taking the car to another mechanic and will never come back to gettel or recommend the dealership to anyone, in fact I will tell anyone I know to go somewhere else! More
James was fine but I just called for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It’s Sept 6 and you’re booked out through the 27th. I typically can only do weekends. Oct 1 wasn’t free.
