apparently it needed more than what they did so i asked if everything was done that my car needed serviced she said no it needed a few more things done also..i didnt wanna wait anymore they had my car for if everything was done that my car needed serviced she said no it needed a few more things done also..i didnt wanna wait anymore they had my car for a few hours already and needed it so i made an appointment for them to finish what they started. hopefully next time they will actually do all that my car needs in one appointment,instead of me having to come back again. More

Service has gone extremely down hill lately. I recently switched to a Ford, but continue to bring my wife’s Hyundai here. I walked in for an oil change about a month ago, and was told they could I recently switched to a Ford, but continue to bring my wife’s Hyundai here. I walked in for an oil change about a month ago, and was told they couldn’t service me without an appointment (3/4 weeks wait). This has never been an issue previously. They squeezed me in for the following week. When I arrived for my appointment, the gentlemen greets me by saying, “name?” Then proceeds to tell me I have to wait for Duane, while Duane clearly looks like the only associate working, as there were people in line already. 2 other hyundai gentlemen in the service room sitting there twiddling their thumbs. Duane was great and took care of me. I waited for the car. After awhile I started seeing more and more people who came after me leave. I walked outside to check, and sure enough my car was finished and waiting and nobody notified me. So I walk back in the service room, waited 10 minutes (Duane backed up again) and FINALLY I gave up and told the other guy just sitting there i my car was done and I wanted the keys. He begrudgingly assisted. Get Duane some proper help please. But this dealership seriously sucks now. More
