Made an appointment by phone for a tuneup. Arrived for my appointment and my car never moved for two hours. Service advisor checked and found out they didn't know I was waiting at the dealer Arrived for my appointment and my car never moved for two hours. He had the car put in service and then came to inform me they didn't have all the parts to do the tuneup. He asked if I wanted them to order the parts and I said yes. It has been 7 business days and I have not heard if parts are here or an update of the order. Service advisor asked if I called for the appointment or made it online. I'm not sure which way to make an appointment to get the service requested. More
