The quality of work at the service repair shop was very poor to the point of being intentional. I brought my recently purchased Honda CRV in because the brakes were smoking and squealing. They claimed to find nothing wrong and charged me 50 dollars for the labor. After persistent problems I brought it to another mechanic who said the brake pads were totally shot and the calipers were locking up. How could this be missed in the standard check after my concern directly points to the brakes? The sales manager eventually refunded me for the repair cost after multiple visits to the dealership and threatening to involve lawyers. I had just bought this car with the car fax stating new brakes had been put on within the last month. Overall it was a very shady experience and I definitely picked up that they were not prioritizing ethical business by any means More

My car was held for 4 days due to assigned rep not keeping process going forward when he had an off day the day after I dropped my car off. The parts were available/in stock so there was no reason to be without my car and having to Uber to appointments while waiting for the work to be completed. This type of unprofessional behavior is why private mechanics are sought out instead of using a dealership. More
