The worst service department I have ever encountered, in my 40 years of owning vehicle and bringing in for service every 3 to 6 months. Parts has arrived and she do not call me to notify that I need to come in to have my parts put it on. I have to do all the leg work for them. I tried to schedule an appointment to have my vehicle come in to have the parts replaced and the operator give me a hard time, therefore I have to call the manager and he made the appointment for me. Oil change does not take one hour like my Honda dealership, it takes 3 hours More
