Service center is too small for the volume of cars going through and being sold each month. Only one person dedicated to the Genesis product and wears same shirt, and same desk as everyone else. Fully understand hiring mechanics is hard but waiting weeks just to schedule service or having your car in the shop for days with no loner can get old quickly. Customer service is not the issue, folks are doing what they can but they are overwhelmed with scheduled service and walk ins. I’ve owned the Rspec, Equus, now the GV80 and soon will be getting the G90. Bought my daughter the Elantra. All wonderful vehicles but Gettel needs to invest some money into a better service center. So much ancillary revenue wasted because service folks running around trying to take care of (it seems) 40 customers a day each. More

The service department is the worst. First I had to wait days for a new tire and then the day it was to be put on the car my service dept. person assigned to me called out that day and First I had to wait days for a new tire and then the day it was to be put on the car my service dept. person assigned to me called out that day and didn't leave instructions about why I was coming in. But most of all... no one ever answers the phone in the service dept. Very frustrating. I left numerous messages and only got one return phone call. Shameful. More

Melanie apparently forgot what I looked like and walked in and out of the waiting room thinking I had left. Since I had my phone on silence, I didn’t hear that she texted me about further maintenance they in and out of the waiting room thinking I had left. I finally checked my phone when I wondered why it was taking so long just for an OIL CHANGE! I let her know that I WAS NOT HAPPY! More

The customer service was unacceptable. I had an appointment and still had to wait there for two hours and they did not resolve the issue so I need to go back.
