The dealership has always been very helpful to me with my maintenance and repair issues. They seem to have their scheduling well organized, and I really appreciate their arranging for Ubers to get me home wh maintenance and repair issues. I asked for an issue with the new car to be repaired, and I was told "NO" and told to do it myself. I then wrote the dealership, and 2 weeks later there has been no response. Getting a same day appointment was easy but I had to call back multiple times in order to get my car's 26 point video inspection.
