We had a very good experience with Gettel Genesis when we had a warning light suddenly come on. A while later we needed a second car for our son. There was a well priced Alantra offered online. I emailed the had a warning light suddenly come on. A while later we needed a second car for our son. There was a well priced Alantra offered online. I emailed the dealer and was contacted by Santiago. He said the hood was being repainted and he’d call me when it was ready. This went back & forth for about a week. When we finally got an appointment to see the car with Santiago, he sadly told us the car had been sold! He said there were a few other options for “a little” more. We really needed that car immediately so we went along with this and wound up paying over 10k more for another one. If we weren’t so desperate, we would have walked away. I told Santiago that same thing, that we felt it was a bait and switch but needed the car. Santiago was a very nice and charming person, unfortunately though maybe not too honest. More
