It was a disaster from start to finish. I was in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and my tech was not there when I arrived. One of her coworkers checked me in after I waited for a I was in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and my tech was not there when I arrived. One of her coworkers checked me in after I waited for a while. The first time she acknowledged me was at 11:45 on her way to lunch. At 12:30 I talked to a mechanic who said my car was ready. When it was brought to me the mirror was damaged. One of her coworkers checked me out because I was late for a trip to Atlanta. I still have not heard a word about the broken mirror. I'm not mad about the broken mirror, accidents happen. And I received great support from the two technicians who work on either side of my tech. They were professional and attentive. I also received an email while I was waiting that my appointment time had been changed. I assume this was someone fudging a service commitment metric but I didn't pursue it with everything else I was dealing with. There is so much more to this story that I don't feel like typing. If I ever get service at Hyundai in the future I want a different tech, and I would like someone to follow up about my mirror. I am only in Sarasota Saturday through Monday and then I'm back to Atlanta. More
