Wrote ticket for a recall and never fully addressed the ENTIRE REASON I BROUGHT THE VEHICLE IN! I wanted paint to be repaired under warranty and from a letter I received from Hyundai. They performed a 3000 ENTIRE REASON I BROUGHT THE VEHICLE IN! I wanted paint to be repaired under warranty and from a letter I received from Hyundai. They performed a 3000 point inspection that left me with a tire a had to get fixed and Apple Play that still does not work in my car. Got a text with what Hyundai will cover for paint and sis not respond. Never want them on my vehicle ever again. Oh and I had to pay $100 for a service I never consented to that she was putting under warranty. More
Good and bad to report. Staff was attentive and courteous. They found us a car they we thought met our needs but it didn’t’t work out that way. We wanted a Santa Fe Limited but none were available and the prospect weren’t very good to find one. We settle for the premium with convenience package which We were told would meet our needs. The major difference was the engine size. Well not really, there were many features missing. Our fault for not being careful enough and trusting the salesman. They also charge $1950 for extra stuff which is really worth about $400. I was to far down the road to walk away but it still left a bad taste. Still a nice car but I don’t think they will sell me my next car. More
