It was the worst service experience in the 7 years I’ve been coming to Gettel . My car was brought in on April 18th and told it would be 4-7 days. 10 days go by and maybe it took 5 calls to get one returne been coming to Gettel . There was zero pressure to purchase a vehicle. Russ was so Great!! He took time to go through the entire car and all features! I have sent two people there to look at get new vehicle.
