On my first visit this year for my regular maintenance on my Kona I made an appointment and arrived at Gettel about 15 minutes early. I was asked to attack had been assigned to me and told him that no tech had been assigned. When we went into the office, we found that no paperwork had been prepared or pulled, even though I had made an appointment. So I was told to go wait in the reception area and someone would come and get me. After about a half an hour of waiting, I went back to the office to see how long it would be. My paperwork still hasn’t been done. Then I was told it would take about three hours. I asked if I could possibly get that software download antitheft download for my car and they told me that that alone would take three hours so it wouldn’t change the time of my waiting. Period. I canceled my appointment and decided that I would reschedule. I made my next appointment to be one of the first ones in the morning. I was the second car in the day before the office even opens once again the person who could’ve came to my car asked what technician was assigned and once again, I had to say that none had been assigned to me again. I’ve been told to go to the reception area, and after another Wade found out that paperwork hadn’t been even pulled or added to the queue. This time I stayed in the office until the tech was assigned about two hours later the car was finally finished. ( by the way, new wipers were recommended but then said they were not in stock, so I could come back at a later date to get them installed - the only response I have now would be a sarcastic one, so I’ll refrain$ I realize most businet are short staffed these days and I’ve been very understanding, but I am also a work person and get paid hourly when I’m in your waiting room. I am losing pay at my job. I doubt that I was the only one who’s ever faced this issue there Obviously, there is a problem, and I don’t know if it could be helped by retraining or a new system of scheduling. I’m tempted to return to my local auto service station. However I also realize it would be best to maintain a continuation with recommended Hyundai techs, parts and schedules Any suggestions??? More

The quality of work at the service repair shop was very poor to the point of being intentional. I brought my recently purchased Honda CRV in because the brakes were smoking and squealing. They claimed to f poor to the point of being intentional. I brought my recently purchased Honda CRV in because the brakes were smoking and squealing. They claimed to find nothing wrong and charged me 50 dollars for the labor. After persistent problems I brought it to another mechanic who said the brake pads were totally shot and the calipers were locking up. How could this be missed in the standard check after my concern directly points to the brakes? The sales manager eventually refunded me for the repair cost after multiple visits to the dealership and threatening to involve lawyers. I had just bought this car with the car fax stating new brakes had been put on within the last month. Overall it was a very shady experience and I definitely picked up that they were not prioritizing ethical business by any means More
