The prices for minor repairs are 3 times anywhere else. It cost me less to tow my car toVenice and get the proper repairs plus extra things that needed to be done. As a long time customer, I thought I would be treated better. I was willing to pay for the one repair that was so much more if the manager would have waived the diagnostic charge. But no. So you lost a repair and a customer. Melanie was great, but the managers that I talked to were not. As I told the managers, I’m in the market for a new car and didn’t want to spend a lot on this one. It didn’t matter. With that kind of service, do I really want another Hyundai? More

I generally have good service from Gettel Hyundai. However, I recently scheduled a regular oil change service and was extremely disappointed in the service I received the service writer Angelina was a However, I recently scheduled a regular oil change service and was extremely disappointed in the service I received the service writer Angelina was abrupt, non-transparent, and curt with me when I had questions at sign in I had made and the appointment online and was confused about the categories available for service although I questioned things that I had agreed to Angelina brushed them aside, and did not really provide clear answers. I made the appointment for 11 AM and told the service person that I would be waiting for my car, I ended up waiting for six hours even though I continually checked in with Angelina to see where my car was in the process. In addition, halfway through this six hour. A technician came in with paperwork and started talking to me about an additional service, he explained that it was a recommended service by the manufacturer , he did not tell me how much this additional service would cost, and I felt pressured to agree even though I agreed I felt that I had been scammed into an upscale service, and yet did not understand the significance of what it was that the technician had argued again. He never provided a cost for the service , when I finally checked in six hours into the service wow other people who had come into the waiting room were received their cars quicker than I did. I found that that added service cost me $200 when I questioned the costs Angelina just said that I had agreed to it and she could do nothing even though I explained that I felt pressured to except the added service. In the end, I finally had to except the service and paid the fee. I have a question about the computer programming on my car and asked for assistance before I left the dealership. Angelina was again short not very helpful and did not explain the programming to me at all. The problem that I had asked her about before I left continue to be on my car, I finally went back to Gettel at a later date and one of the service personnel was extremely helpful and explained how to address that programming issue within five minutes Angelina could have done this, but she was not willing to help me at all. I am very disappointed in this service, and I hesitate to recommend Angelina as a service person to other customers . More

I have taken my 2017 Sonata to Gettel for since I initially purchased the car. The service has gone downhill and just sitting in the waiting area, the discontent from others there all saying, they ar initially purchased the car. The service has gone downhill and just sitting in the waiting area, the discontent from others there all saying, they are not as good as they used to be. The add-ons for bogus extras the service dept wanted to charge me was criminal. I will never have them do another thing to my car other than an oil change which seems difficult enough for them to get right. Since service writers and technicians benefit from charging a lot for repairs, there seems to be a huge incentive to charge whatever they can to get those numbers up. This is one customer who has lost faith in this Gettel dealership. More
