Gettel's Service department is a joke. Promised service doesn't get not timely and the telephone system is worthless. No one ever picks up in the service department. When I decided my best option was to purchase because Service had let me down Chuck work with me to made a purchase and overcome the hurdles encountered dealing with out of state auto insurance, etc. and driving out of the dealership with a new vehicle Saturday evening and returning Sunday completing the transaction. Chuck made it happen. More
