Melanie apparently forgot what I looked like and walked in and out of the waiting room thinking I had left. Since I had my phone on silence, I didn’t hear that she texted me about further maintenance they in and out of the waiting room thinking I had left. I used to dread the experience of buying a car from a dealership. This was not the case when we went to get a car for our daughter. Elizabeth Manes helped us get my daughter into a 2020 Hyundai Sonata, dealership. This was not the case when we went to get a car for our daughter. Elizabeth Manes helped us get my daughter into a 2020 Hyundai Sonata, and made the whole experience enjoyable (yes, that is not a typo). The customer service was unacceptable. I had an appointment and still had to wait there for two hours and they did not resolve the issue so I need to go back.
