Service is slow and so so. Never know what to expect. Disappointed that ride home is discontinued specially for Butler that takes many hours. Finance representatives Glenn misleading. Signed me up for extended warranty with out my consent. Said I had to sign even when I declined and he really was signing me up. Not happy.
