I paid my bill in cash and left. Not even 5 minutes later Lou Normand called me and stated that I had overpaid my bill. It seems that some of my dollar bills had stuck together and he had received too much money. Thank God for Lou's honesty! It's rare in these days to receive great service but it's even harder to find an honest person to refund money that had been overpaid. Keep it up Lou !!! Thank you very much ! More

I had the most amazing experience with this dealership. It all began when i called to see if they had the model of car i wanted in stock.(11'Elantra limited addition) At the time they didn't but they promi It all began when i called to see if they had the model of car i wanted in stock.(11'Elantra limited addition) At the time they didn't but they promised to call me as soon as one came in so i could come by and see it. Two weeks later Renita called me to let me know that one had just arrived. When i arrived i was greeted by name by David and shown the vehicle i was looking for, which was barely unwrapped it was so new. After some # crunching i decided it was out of my budget. David suggested the 11'Sonata which was at the same starting price as the Elantra but explained he could get me more in rebates on this model. We spent the next hour and a half looking at Sonata's all over their lot trying to decide on colors and then test driving. He was very patient with me as i made up my mind. During the whole experience he showed me different options and went out of the way for me. He was never pushy or made me feel rushed about making a decision. When the deal was done he escorted me on a tour that included the service department were i was introduced to the service manager so that when i returned for maintenance i would know were to go and who to see. Their finance manager was also top notch. He apologized for my wait and worked with different banks to find me the best deal and interest rate. During my entire experience everyone took their time to explain everything to me in detail and made me feel like i was their number #1 priority. Overall it was one of the best customer service experiences i've had and since i work retail it takes a lot to impress me. Everyone there was amazing and i have been raving to all my friends and coworkers about this dealership!. More

Our salesman Mitch is who sold us the new Sonata. He was pleasant and very friendly. I had stopped in at my last service in Nov and wish I had met him then - I had found the salesman attitude not very good pleasant and very friendly. My trade in value was also more than fair, and I chose to do business with this dealer, as opposed to many others I had contacted. Within a couple of hours I was driving away in a new car, confident I had made the right decision. I also happen to be a repeat customer from 6 years ago, and although I did pre-shop around this time, I won't do so again. My first and only stop will be with this dealer. More
