I have good credit / comparable debt and I expect a little customer service and I got none. I left there with a brand new car not very clean, one set of keys and no demonstration. I do like my new car though - after I detailed it and hooked up all the gadgets myself. I never received a follow up call. When I was there my sales rep told me about ten times to make sure I give a good survey. He also told me he hated his job a few times. This is the exact opposite of how any sale / customer service should be held. I manage a Financial Firm in the sales division. I work diligently with my clients and give top customer service - that is why they come back to me year after year. I know all the sales games of course too being in the business (I finance equipment for businesses) and I asked them to stop BS'ing me but they insisted to treat me poorly. Unrelated to the sale of the vehicle - I asked for a bottle of water for me and my wife and nobody got us one. I took it upon myself to grab a couple out of the frig by the main door and the girl who was at the front counter rolled her eyes and said "wow, people really feel entitled to do whatever they want today, UGH". I mean give me a break. I think everyone in there should take a sales course and a customer service course. Again, the only reason I come back to Gettel is because of Amber in service dept. For the record I dont like to giving bad surveys but I am honest. It is the only way to be. More
Horrible Customer Service I came in 12/13/15 to look at the new Genesis Sedan. I was greeted by a salesperson who asked why I was coming in today. I told him I was interested i I came in 12/13/15 to look at the new Genesis Sedan. I was greeted by a salesperson who asked why I was coming in today. I told him I was interested in a new Genesis 3.8. He then told me immediately we do not demo cars on Sunday's. So I said to him so your telling me I can not test drive a car today. He told me only if I am purchasing it. I didn't know hyundais are now like ferrari's. Totally turned off by Hyundai and ever wanting to buy one all because of my experience. Made me feel like I couldn't afford the car or something. FYI jerk I delt with I drive a Cadillac. More
