I had scheduled a service on my previous owned Hyundai to be done while I was picking up my new car, this didn’t happen. I(in fact after being at the the dealership) I had to wait almost 3 hours after picki be done while I was picking up my new car, this didn’t happen. I(in fact after being at the the dealership) I had to wait almost 3 hours after picking up my new car. I understand there was a schedule screw up but, in my opinion Gettel could have offered to bring my car being serviced to me as they screwed up verses me having to wait for almost three hours. If this would have been done during my new car pick up I would have had less than an hour wait. Very poor service in my opinion as I had just written a check for over $50,000. O’Brien in Ft Myers would pick up my car for service and drive back to Venice. I would not expect that but would expect an offer to drive my car vs having me to have to wait an unreasonable time. More

At first it was impossible to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment Ryan gave me the correct number and also his cell number so if I had a problem I had someone to call. This dealership is horrible they take advantage of people who don’t know about cars, their rates are absolutely ridiculous! $250 to replace a hood lift cylinder, bought it online for $14, took 2 minutes to who don’t know about cars, their rates are absolutely ridiculous! $250 to replace a hood lift cylinder, bought it online for $14, took 2 minutes to install! $79 for a cabin air filter, $15 at auto parts store, another 2 minutes to install! Quoted $7000 for new transmission, local independent shop did the job for $4200! Bunch of CROOKS! Never going back More

James does a great job at making sure my needs are met when it comes to my car.
