I asked for an issue with the new car to be repaired, and I was told "NO" and told to do it myself. I then wrote the dealership, and 2 weeks later there has been no response. Further, your email indicate I was told "NO" and told to do it myself. I then wrote the dealership, and 2 weeks later there has been no response. Further, your email indicates I serviced my vehicle there. I did not. It is a new vehicle, but as above, the Service Dept refused to address the issue - not in person, but over the phone. More
