The finance man, Daniel Zamora has been very thorough and communicated all repairs needed and assisted with getting my rental all taken care of. I was told I have to take the Gettal advantage , then also felt pushed for warranties on top of it. I’ve dealt with many dealerships and didn’t feel that amount of pressure. More

Sales was ok but service department is very unethical and tried to take advantage of me (senior citizen). Bought a brand new car, less than 12 months old but with 15000 miles, took in for second tire rotatio tried to take advantage of me (senior citizen). Bought a brand new car, less than 12 months old but with 15000 miles, took in for second tire rotation and oil change. My 'report card' says tires are in good but they wanted me to pay for an alignment. Also wanted me to have a fuel induction service. Told them to just do the rotation and oil change which they did but after I left and stopped for gas, noticed that the tires had not been rotated (but were written up as being performed); drove back to dealership and asked why and wanted to confirm my oil was actually changed. Nobody in service would give me an answer. Will never go back and have already advised a friend in the market for a new Hyundai to go elsewhere, even if have to travel farther. Same dealer also has another Hyundai dealership in Lakewood Ranch and just heard from a neighbor that they have had bad experiences there also. Very disappointing. How many unnecessary services have they sold to take advantage of customers. More

Trustworthy and knowledgeable about cars and gives good advice on the best course of action for your vehicl car on a few occasions. He’s a good dude.
