Completely dissatisfied I have purchased 25 new cars in my with this one. I have do not recall a negative buying experience other than Gettel. That includes German, American, I have purchased 25 new cars in my with this one. I have do not recall a negative buying experience other than Gettel. That includes German, American, and Japanese companies. The car is just plain great, so if I separate myself from Gettel all will be fine. Before going there I had read about their questionable marketing practices of adding a few hundred dollars worth of pin stripes and window tinting and adding $3800 to the price and the difficulty of getting a fair price, but you can get around that by going out of state and getting a fair price and they will become reasonable. The above has nothing to do with my rating. They could not find the car on pick up day, tried to give it to me without the option on it like the cross bars on the roof rails ($250 option). They went and got them when I caught them on that. It took over 4 hours to hand them my keys, the signed title on the trade, and write a check for $30,000+. One month later I have no plates that I paid $578 to them to transfer, the temporary plate has expired, the forgot to send a new one even though I called them a week earlier and they promised, and I cannot drive the car with no plates. Buy Gettel if you want, but at least go to true car using a non-Florida address to find out what it should cost. In my case it save me over $3000. Gettel owns most the dealership, so good luck. More
