Unprofessional Took over six hours to review vehicle needs, negotiate numbers and finalize deal. New sales person tired to be helpful, but had not been well trained Took over six hours to review vehicle needs, negotiate numbers and finalize deal. New sales person tired to be helpful, but had not been well trained. Sales manager was knowledgable and had to apologize for excessively high initial quote and rework of numbers. Quote should have been the best right away. Good thing I know how to negotiate. Took forever to source vehicle for purchase, much confusion about all details. Registration for handicapped plate transfer from original vehicle was monumentally fowled up. Told by finance person that it could be handled. Drove vehicle for two weeks without final registration paperwork. No follow up from dealership even though the salesman intervened with finance manager to move process to completion. No response from finance manager after repeated phone calls and texts. Finally visited dealership directly to complete registration. Made to wait-paperwork was not ready. now dealing with a new finance manger at dealership to finalize registration and paperwork. More
