Poor sales and management... Need better training ... The car was not cleaned and prepped when I took it for a test drive. The tire pressure light was on and stayed on after I purchased the car. I had to take the car in for service to correct the problem. The salesman did not explain one thing about the car or options. He spent his time talking about himself and family and the fact that he was from Venuzella. The salesman and sales manager signed me up to be a Uber driver in the purchase agreement without my knowledge. I did not learn of this until after I purchased the vehicle! The dealership wanted to collect the $1,000.00 rebate from Uber without my knowledge. Terrible service; I will NOT purchase another vehicle from Gettel. Note... I have been buying cars from Gettel since the 1980's.... In over 45 years of buying cars... This was my worst experience. More

Unbelievably bad experience I have bought 2 cars in the past month. The first time I went in, I was thinking I wanted a small SUV and was going to lease it. I explained to the salesman (who was excellent) that I had been in the business for many years and to please let that be known so that there will be no games. When he came back with the numbers, they were more than I'd have paid for a BMW or likes there of. I told Bobby that the price was way out of line, thanked him for my time and got up and left. There was no management engagement at all. I went and leased another BMW for a lot less. A month later, I needed to get another vehicle for my better half. We really liked the Hyundai Elantra and since they are located 2 miles from my home, I figured I'd give it another go. As we walked in, we were greeted with a big smile by a different gentleman asking how he could help us. I asked to speak with Bobby and you could tell he was annoyed and got him for us. When we went inside, Bobby was busy and said that he would get someone to assist us. He asked the same guy who greeted us and he quickly replied that he couldn't help us because he suddenly had an appt. coming in. The entire time we were there he did not work with anyone. So, Bobby turned us over to another sales man who was excellent. We settled on the GT. I told him where I needed to be monthly and that I was not certain I would do it today. This is when it got really stupid. A manager came out to speak with me. "So, I hear you were in the business for 30 years" were the first words out of his mouth. It was as if he was trying to prove me wrong at every move. Again, he hit me came out with numbers in the $400s for a car that leases for $200/mo with the parameters I researched. I wanted to see the numbers and how they got to them. They had bumped the money factor (consider it the interest rate) by the maximum and had figured the selling price at MSRP. What gets me is that I told him I had been in the business and they still played games. I know this may work for someone who is clueless to how the industry. The kicker of it all is that the manager who came over stated that sales were way down for Hyundai and that they had only sold 30 cars. I wonder why?!?! Bobby and his buddies were great but you could tell they were powerless in the process. More

Having heard so many good things about Gettel, I figured I'd check them out. On a Sunday afternoon, I pulled into Gettel, got out of my car and approached a salesman standing outside. I asked him if he works here, after he introduced himself, I mentioned that I'm in the market for a used SUV. His next response: "Sure, let's go inside and I'll take a copy of your driver license". Huh? Ummmm...no thanks! More
