I have found this dealership outstanding in the past. I recently had my car repaired there and was not as satisfied as usual. The person helping me was not at work (I am not sure if she was sick or just I recently had my car repaired there and was not as satisfied as usual. The person helping me was not at work (I am not sure if she was sick or just off); therefore there was no response to my text messages. I had a difficult time knowing when my car would be ready.No had out-of-town company and it was difficult to make plans. I would suggest better follow up when a representative is not available. Went to this dealership based on an add in carfax for a specific price, they then changed the actual price, denied the offered and advertised $1000 trade in assistance, and worse of all tried to give us a specific price, they then changed the actual price, denied the offered and advertised $1000 trade in assistance, and worse of all tried to give us a loan with a lender which obviously gives them kickbakcs because with a 830 credit score they chose to offer a loan with 6.9% interest and we found out there was an offer of 2.99%, when I asked them to use that lender they declined saying I could refinance myself after making the first payment. I have purchased cara from many dealerships a total of 15 and this is the most crooked dealership I have encountered. I do nit recommend this dealership they are dishonest and look to add more hidden fees than any other dealership I have worked with. Most dealership gloat about 21 point inspection for certified pre owned but only this one charges you $1500 for the inspection. That is ludicrous because whatever price they advertised is already going to be $3K more. Also they charge $1000 for tag and title transfer, that is 45% higher than any other dealership. Save the trouble and shop elsewhere. We got cheated with no way to resolve even though I disputed only 2 days after purchasing. More
