Having owned my mini van for 9 years and raised my boys in it with a lot of family vacations and fun had in the van, I was emotional making the decision to upgrade and trade it in. Willie was thoughtful and never even chuckled or anything while I cried at his desk. Brad in finance was also insightful and provided a thorough overview of the financial said of the deal. Overall, was a good experience since car buying can be very stressful! Left in about 4 hours happily with a new SUV. More

My sales associate for this new vehicle, a gentleman named Willie McNeal III, is a consummate professional. His welcoming manner, in-depth knowledge, and clear explanations made my car-buying experience a real pleasure. I would certainly hope to use Willie again for my next lease. All the other sales and management personnel at Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood were patient and professional, and I felt as though I received the best support possible. My new vehicle was in perfect condition, except for a very minor issue, which was remediated within a few days. I am totally satisfied with both the sales and service departments. As a bonus, the showroom is impressive and beautifully maintained, with refreshments available for the clients. I highly recommend Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood after two excellent purchasing experiences, and I intend to return for a new vehicle when my lease expires. More
