Made an appointment for just oil change for 3:00 pm arrived 10 minutes early. No service advisor approached me I had to go and ask to be helped. At 4:05 I asked if my car was ready and he went to check arrived 10 minutes early. No service advisor approached me I had to go and ask to be helped. At 4:05 I asked if my car was ready and he went to check asked if wanted car washed I said no was already clean. Why would it take 1 hour plus to change oil with an appointment? Will not be using your service department again More
