Service center did a great job on putting in new leather seats and repairing the scratch on the new vehicle. However, they told me it would be done in 1 or 2 days, but never received a call the first or sec seats and repairing the scratch on the new vehicle. However, they told me it would be done in 1 or 2 days, but never received a call the first or second day so I contacted them to see if the vehicle was ready yet and they told me the service people weren't in until Monday so it would be 2 more days. I had to contact them again Monday to find out if was done. Good on the work done, but could be better on following up with the customer to provide updates on when the work will be done so we can plan accordingly. More
