Terrible experience. Never again will I go to Getel. Waited days for my car after waiting literally two full days in the actual dealership with my toddler! Only to receive the dreaded slimy car salesman kind of experience. Ugh. And finally I get in my brand new car?! Only it’s not new. It’s got over 3,000 miles on it and scratches everywhere on the car, outside and inside. And I don’t mean like normal wear tear. Like this was a used car being sold as new. And blood all over the ceiling. Umm is this a joke? Apparently my car was a loaner for the General managers wife?! Is that allowed? I was just so done at this point that I just gave up and drove away. Still finding things a year later, like the seat belt doesn’t work in the passenger rear. Just a honest to God joke. More
