I booked a service appointment nearly 6 weeks ago and got the first available appointment this week! It was to be at 12:30 but over the weekend it got changed to 12:45. I was there at 12:25 and ran into a the first available appointment this week! It was to be at 12:30 but over the weekend it got changed to 12:45. I was there at 12:25 and ran into a cluster at the service entrance. No one was at the desk so I went inside and was told my service advisor would call me. I went back outside and a growly guy wearing a company shirt barks at me to check in or move my vehicle. I said I had. He argued with me when the lady from the trailer came out and apologized. The service advisor then contacted me a told me it would be at least an hour before they even got to me. The service entrance is under construction but regardless the treatment is unacceptable. I left without service and will not be back to your dealership. Get it right folks. If you weren't going to meet the 12:45 time commitment, then inform the customer ahead of time! More
