I booked a service appointment nearly 6 weeks ago and got the first available appointment this week! It was to be at 12:30 but over the weekend it got changed to 12:45. I was there at 12:25 and ran into a cluster at the service entrance. No one was at the desk so I went inside and was told my service advisor would call me. I went back outside and a growly guy wearing a company shirt barks at me to check in or move my vehicle. I said I had. He argued with me when the lady from the trailer came out and apologized. The service advisor then contacted me a told me it would be at least an hour before they even got to me. The service entrance is under construction but regardless the treatment is unacceptable. I left without service and will not be back to your dealership. Get it right folks. If you weren't going to meet the 12:45 time commitment, then inform the customer ahead of time! More

I was finally able to take a day off of work since my wife was treated so poorly by your service department after your tech broke a part on my car. My ac hasn't work right in over a year. Several appointments were not made due to natural disasters or sick kids not the issue I have. But my issues are1) I had to take a day off of work because of the way my wife was treated.2) you supposedly ordered the part your tech broke last year and it was wrong which lead to my wife being without her car for over a week. 3) once she got the car back the ac still wasn't functioning properly.4) logging in to make another appointment that I can go to which is a weekend I have now learned that the recall on the car wasn't performed when the car was there for over a week. Felt as though the service department was trying to upsell me unfairly Said my car needed to be jumped to pull into the shop. Hasn't ever and hasn't since needed a jump.
