i bought new car on 28 th of march i traded in 2021 Knoa for new one. the loan for my 2021 was with citizens one auto loan. the pay off was sent to bank of America i went over to dealership and told them t for new one. the loan for my 2021 was with citizens one auto loan. the pay off was sent to bank of America i went over to dealership and told them they sent it to wrong bank they ten sent a check to citizens one citizens one sent it back because the payoff was wrong they then sent another check and after a month it was finally payed off. in the mean time citizens one kept sending me a over due noice they turned it over to collections and they also sent me email about over due payment. i didnt like my credit being mesed with fof that reason i will never buy another car from gettel hyundai fo lakewood More
