In the past I had excellent care and service from this dealership, which is why I returned when I needed a car. The original contact was over the phone and I was treated well. Once I got into the dealership and sat down with Paul was when things went south. As soon as he found out that my credit was poor and no bank was willing to give me a loan, he gave up and treated me like I was worthless. He told me that I wasn't worth wasting his time. I left there feeling hopeless and depressed. Thankfully another dealership was willing to do whatever it took to get me into a vehicle the same day. It is nice to know that there are still caring, friendly people left in the world. More

I would like to thank Frank costantino for being a manager that knows how to deal with his customers. When I first entered the service area of Jenkins/Gettel the staff realized that I was not happy wi manager that knows how to deal with his customers. When I first entered the service area of Jenkins/Gettel the staff realized that I was not happy with issues I was faced with on my new 2011 Hyundai Sonata. They immediately contacted the Service Manager, Frank Costantino, who was able to resolve my problems quickly. Frank made sure that I was happy with the measures being taken to resolve my car problems and the timeline fit my schedule. I also received a follow up call from Mr. Costantino after the repairs was done to make sure that I was completely satisfied. With this kind of great management and quick response to resolve problems I will definitely continue to bring my car back to this dealership. I think Frank and his staff is a great team to have on the frontlines of the parts/service area of the dealership. Once again thank you for a great experience. More

I'm not going to name names, but I will say this about Hyundai of Bradenton: THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL CON ARTISTS! And I will admit I'm a stupid, gullible, consumer! After a test drive my salesperson kept Hyundai of Bradenton: THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL CON ARTISTS! And I will admit I'm a stupid, gullible, consumer! After a test drive my salesperson kept me totally excited. He knew I loved the car then after discussion showed me a dollar amount on a piece of paper, an amount I would pay per month for the car. He asked me if the amount was alright with me. I said "yes". It was less than I thought! He then announced to the floor-room that another car had just been sold and every employee on the floor-roomm began to clap! I became even more excited, I loved the new car I was about to buy!! Then I was led to the finance officer where he continued to keep me excited. He so friendly with me we spoke about our lives, the whole nine yards! I thought he was great! I trusted him completely. I fell into the trap! I went along with his suggesting I have the extended warranty, the road hazard plan, the maintenance agreement (even though I told him I work on cars as a hobby) and all along I thought I'd be all set. He never once mentioned what my monthly payment would be. He only told me the interest rate after I asked him! And thinking it was not that bad and being so happy and excited about the car I forgot to ask what my monthly payment would be. The thought of it never even crossed my mind! They had me totally off-guard, hook, line and sinker! Heck, I hadn't even taken a serious look at the bill of sale on page two till two weeks later after my payment booklet came in the mail! That's when I saw my monthly payments would be a hundred dollars more per month than what my salesperson told me! When I went back to cancel the extras they told me it would affect my payments, that the monies would only be applied to the principal of the loan. Thanks Hyundai of Bradenton for having totally taken advantage of an excited, happy, totally off-guard car buyer who fell for your professional, ever so friendly, deceiving trap! I hadn't even found the window sticker in the glove box! It wasn't in the car anywhere! It had mysteriously disappeared. Now I have to either re-finance the car to hopefully get a better interest rate or even consider bringing the car back since Hyundai gives this option. I hate car dealerships. They are professional deceivers that take advantage of people. There should be a law that states any car dealership has to disclose the monthly dollar amount the customer would pay BEFORE the bill of sale is signed! More
