Our sales representative Scott Wolfe was the best, no pressure, very knowledgeable, great personality and the kind of sales person that makes you feel comfortable and assists you in the proper car choice. Drove 2 different vehicles and decided on a Sonata. Worked with Mike Cestaro GM to work out the best financing options along with a competitive price and he exceeded my expectations. If you are interested in a Hyundai and live anywhere near the Bradenton, Sarasota area, make sure you give these guys an opportunity to exceed your expectations as they did with me. More

I did not finance the car, and they even told me to take it home BEFORE coming back with the check to pay for the car! After I had signed the contract, they came back and said they had to prepare a new one, as they had made a mistake. Before I could protest, they added: "We found you another $500 discount, so the new contract represents the lower price." Now how many salespeople would do that? Most would keep the extra $500 for commission. I worked with Chris VanVilet, and I highly recommend him as a salesperson. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and above all HONEST, a rarity in a car salesman. :) He gave me a fantastic price from the get go and played none of those "car salesman games". They gave me a fair offer on my trade in as well. I rarely give 5 stars to anyone, but these guys deserve it. It was a fantastic experience, something that is highly unusual when buying a car. More

On my second visit they broke one of my tire sensors. On my third visit for a free oil change they were one quart of oil short and I had to go back so they can put more oil. This dealer for service sucks big time. More

I called numerous times (to the Finance department) regarding my paperwork for my purchase in December 2012 on exceptional customer service skills. Bernadette made sure I got my problems resolved and always called me back even if she wasn't the person that was going to help me. She wanted to make sure I didn't have to keep calling and get transferred to someone or to get another person's voice mail. Kuddos to Bernadette as she is a "star employee" who goes the extra mile.
