Worst Service Department By far the worst service department I have had the experience dealing with, with no hopes of improving. Each and every member of the service team seems unable to communicate with customers, one another and with the Sales team. Although the Sales team has improved, their ability to do their jobs is impaired by this horrific department and their failure to even try. It seems they have taken the poor service mindset of neighboring dealership Gettel Toyota and somehow excel at providing even worse service. Hyundai provides a great product and I strongly recommend visiting Gettel Hyundai Sarasota instead. Although out of the way for me, it is worth the drive. Perhaps the teams at these dealerships in Bradenton should be sent to Sarasota for training. More
