I must say, a lot has changed over the years and my perception has been changed. Our salesman Matt Paulson was great and the experience was actually good, which surprised both my husband and I. The finance stuff seemed rather rushed, but it was late (almost 9pm!) so I understand. I wish it would have been slowed down a bit and explained a little more thoroughly. Purchase of Genesis Coupe I purchased a new 2015 Genesis Coupe 3.8 Ultimate. I had researched the car, so I went into the dealership well-informed, and told them exactly what I I purchased a new 2015 Genesis Coupe 3.8 Ultimate. I had researched the car, so I went into the dealership well-informed, and told them exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Sales folks were fabulous (Brett, Peter, Michelle, David). Informative but not pushy, and we easily agreed on a sale price that was fair for both of us. However, the financing process was terrible. I agreed to finance through the dealer because they got me a better rate than what my bank had pre-approved me for. Everything was fine until I declined the extended warranty options. At that point, the finance guy, Matt, became very frustrated and made some very unprofessional remarks to me. If it were not for him, I would have rated the dealership 5 stars on everything. More

Worst Service Department By far the worst service department I have had the experience dealing with, with no hopes of improving. Each and every member of the service team seem By far the worst service department I have had the experience dealing with, with no hopes of improving. Each and every member of the service team seems unable to communicate with customers, one another and with the Sales team. Although the Sales team has improved, their ability to do their jobs is impaired by this horrific department and their failure to even try. It seems they have taken the poor service mindset of neighboring dealership Gettel Toyota and somehow excel at providing even worse service. Hyundai provides a great product and I strongly recommend visiting Gettel Hyundai Sarasota instead. Although out of the way for me, it is worth the drive. Perhaps the teams at these dealerships in Bradenton should be sent to Sarasota for training. More
