Confusing and Insulting Went in to purchase a new car and was trading in a car. Their ad on the web displayed $5,000 + off the MSRP. Looked at a few models, tried a few and Went in to purchase a new car and was trading in a car. Their ad on the web displayed $5,000 + off the MSRP. Looked at a few models, tried a few and settled on one. The salesman all along was telling me all about how he was all for "the customer" and would do the best for me. He was always "fighting" for his customers. Was time for price. He went to his manager and came back with his offer. He started off by telling me I would not get $1,000 off because I wasn't a Vet, I wouldn't get $1,000 off because I didn't own a Hyundai and lastly that I wouldn't get $1,000 off because I was paying the difference in cash, not financing. So...forget about $3,000 off of list. He then showed me the "net". I asked him to clarify what they were taking off the list. He showed me. I laughed and said please give me my keys. He asked me what I wanted to pay, and since their price was ridiculous and insulting I countered with same. I didn't get what I asked for but they did come down an additional $4,100. So much for "always fighting for my customers". Net-net...I don't trust them...at all. More

Great Experience Originally went to purchase a Fusion at Sarasota Ford but service was terrible and they didn't seem to want the business. Decided to look at the Sonat Originally went to purchase a Fusion at Sarasota Ford but service was terrible and they didn't seem to want the business. Decided to look at the Sonata instead and was blown away by the better engine, ride and sound system. The staff were awesome, polite, efficient and I got a great deal. Go see Nasko at Lakewood!
