Great Experience I went to Gettel to test drive and price with trade in on a Sonata Limited. Explained up front that I have had a long term relationship with a competi I went to Gettel to test drive and price with trade in on a Sonata Limited. Explained up front that I have had a long term relationship with a competing brand but wanted to compare the Sonata. While I didn't purchase from them( I went with the competing brand) the experience was exceptional. I explained that I didn't have much time. The sales manager came out, said let me look at your trade in, and I will give you a written offer in 15 minutes. Yes, in 15 minutes, he presented me with the offer, which was very competitive. While I didn't buy, it was the best experience that I have had over the years at a dealership. When I look to replace my other vehicle, I will go to Gettel. More

Less-Traditional Isn't Always Better Gettel staff are extremely courteous, and the dealership is clean and pleasant. I left the dealership satisfied, but this was after 2 days of back-and Gettel staff are extremely courteous, and the dealership is clean and pleasant. I left the dealership satisfied, but this was after 2 days of back-and-forth. Key points: - I have never had such a "no pressure" experience at a lot before. I walked in, test-drove a vehicle, and left without any hassles or attempts to shoehorn me into something I didn't want. Very refreshing. - I was told two minutes into the test drive (first salesman) how different Hyundai is as a company, both to buy from and to work for - Salesmen get paid per car, not on commission, so there is "no pressure about the numbers." - When I came back later in to discuss a purchase (second salesman), it instantly became "all about the numbers." - The price you see on AutoTrader is AFTER $1,000 trade-in credit and $1,000 finance credit (look at the small print at the bottom of every listing). In other words, if you don't have a trade-in, the price is $1,000 more. If you don't finance, it's another $1,000 more - this is due to Hyundai doing their own financing and thus making money off the interest of the loan. If you receive financing from your bank or another institution - you guessed it - you don't get the finance credit. If you have to finance, that's fine - I intended to pay cash. - Made the point that if I were shopping for an appliance, and chose to pay cash, and was told the appliance suddenly cost 7% more, I would laugh and walk out. Shrugged shoulders. - Was offered 1/3 the KBB value for my trade-in. Produced a printout from KBB showing the actual trade-in value of my car. Shrugged shoulders. - Decided to walk out. Was not accosted or kidnapped while trying to walk out. Was able to leave without sneaking out or tackling anyone. No hostages taken. Again, very refreshing. - Original salesmen follows-up the next day, much more reasonable numbers. Faith in humanity restored slightly. Verbal deal reached. - Show up on lunch break the following day to close. Paperwork and administrative BS takes 2½ hours; typical "you sure you don't want this $6,000 warranty that includes $200 worth of oil changes?" Wonder why it took longer to buy this car than close on my house. I left the dealership with a great deal on a certified Hyundai, and while I'm sure I'll get many fine years out of the car, part of the influence will be not wanting to go through the purchase process again. If you go, deal with Nick. He's great. More

I work one the health field and know lots of professional so when thy hear my car buying process it's disappointing and discourages people from going to this dealership if your fiancé manager can't be honest ...
