Your dealership failed to deliver good service to anyone that day. You were so overbooked some customers just gave up and left. Most faced the same 2 hour start delays without apology. I was in your lounge from 1030 until 330 and observed the frustrations. The bright spot was the effeciency of Service Writer Darren and the young lady lounge hostess who did her best at hospitality under adverse circumstances. Love the product, but the service is terrible!
