Everyone who touched this deal did a great job. I'm pleased with Megan and the purchase I made with her help. Not too happy with the F&I department, as I had called and left a vmail with a question after delivery, and nobody ever returned my call from there. Even with this experience with F&I, I would still purchase another vehicle at this dealership. Brought my car back in for the "detailing" it needed (since I took delivery later in the evening and the detailing department was closed at that time) on a day I had off from work, but I sat and waited in the waiting room for two hours, and nobody came to tell me my vehicle was ready. They just parked it outside the showroom without saying anything to anyone. I'll give them another chance by utilizing the service department, as I'm sure that operation is much more professional. You had one silver accent available. 3 days later when I knew I could buy the car I made an appt to go that day after work. It wasn't until after I got there and started the approval process that I was told the silver accent had been sold and a white accent was available and the salesperson would lose money if they sold me the silver accent. So I had to wait there longer while someone went to the Sarasota location to get me the silver one which meant I had to go back to get the car detailed because that dept was gone by the time the car got there. So either the salesperson didn't remember the color I wanted or was trying to push a different car on me to make more money. Also I was told I had auto butler but I just received a letter from my finance company that there was a mistake with that so I don't think I have it now. I haven't had time to call and figure that issue out yet More

Right from my first phone contact with Hilda after reviewing their inventory online and choosing a few models to look at. When I arrived the main car I was interested in was ready and waiting for a test drive. The salesman Marek was awesome. He placed no pressure on me just gave me the information I needed and showed me the perfect car. I gave him info on where I wanted to be payment wise and we made a quick and mutually beneficial deal! The finance guy worked his magic and in less than 1 hour I was out the door! I just went thorough this experience with my son he purchased a new truck and let me tell you that experience was the exact opposite of this one. In fact it was that experience that literally kept me out of the car market for over 6 months. I was just to scared to go there again. But Gettel was beyond great and for that I feel Blessed and am thankful. More
