My 2012 Hyundai Sonata stalled out so I had it towed to the dealership. initially they said they couldn't look at my car for 6 weeks but ended up doing it the next week so I was happy. My car had a lifetim the dealership. initially they said they couldn't look at my car for 6 weeks but ended up doing it the next week so I was happy. My car had a lifetime drivetrain warranty but I didn't have all of the service records they required so they failed to honor the warranty. That's shame on me so I understand and wasn't elated but not mad at the dealership. However, I had the car towed back to my residence and they didn't even put anything back together. I understand that it wasn't going to run but the car leaked fluids everywhere and there were just bolts everywhere under the hood. I feel that since you didn't cover the repairs that I should have at least received the vehicle back in the same condition. The valve cover was just sitting in the engine. There's no telling if all the screws and bolts were there or not. I just think they should have reassembled the vehicle. My landlord wasn't happy about all the fluids that leaked everywhere since the hoses weren't connected. Now I'm stuck with getting cleaning supplies and drying the fluids in the parking lot. More

I am always greeted as I drive up to bring my car in for repairs. I was greeted by Ray. He walked me over to his desk and took my information. Escorted me to the waiting area and asked if I want anything. A repairs. I was greeted by Ray. He walked me over to his desk and took my information. Escorted me to the waiting area and asked if I want anything. Asked if I wanted a car wash which I responded with a thank you. Ray gave me updates on my car and when the car was ready escorted me back to my car. Very happy with Ray and always happy with the way Gettle treats me whenever I have to stop for something regarding my car. More
