I had the best experience at this dealership because of Juan. I trusted him when he was my service advisor so there was no doubt I would go to him when he moved to sales. I was an out of state buyer. Needless to say this is always an uncomfortable position because you know that they are aware that you are essentially a secure customer and you hopi Needless to say this is always an uncomfortable position because you know that they are aware that you are essentially a secure customer and you hoping that they offer fair pricing. In this case, the advertised price was different from what they quoted me... Basically they offer a $1,000 discount if you finance through them and another $1,000 if you trade in your vehicle with them. While I don't agree, this is their practice to stay in business and become more appealing, but with the caveat that they end up forcing your hand in order to give you the advertised price. My sales agent, Megan, was a sweetheart... even after I briefly backed out of the deal. I believe she was very professional and offered every piece of information that I requested. The finance guy, Brandon, on the other hand was a real charm... Nothing too bad, but he definitely needs to work on his customer service skills and not be so pushy with the maintenance packages offered upon signing UPDATE: I spoke with the GM, and he offered a better explanation about their pricing. All things considered, they are willing to take this as a lesson. More
