Gettle Automotive is a mess! BEWARE Todd Biron at Hyundai was a great salesman. I would recommend him without hesitation. Gettle on the other hand kind of sketchy. The GOOD - Purchase Todd Biron at Hyundai was a great salesman. I would recommend him without hesitation. Gettle on the other hand kind of sketchy. The GOOD - Purchased a new Hyundai Accent. Todd did a great job and went to bat for us repeatedly. The BAD - When car was cleaned it was not really cleaned for delivery and a deep ding was found on the door under the only glob of glue on the entire car? - Gettle repaired it the first time by just leaving the ding and painting it so the ding was still there but now it was at least the same color as the rest of the car (no I'm not joking). - Gettle attempt number two was fine but I have no paperwork saying the paint is covered under warranty or was ever done - What about diminished value Gettle's response was just tell them it was a little ding you had touched up when you trade it in ( I'm sure that will work) - BIG TIME Line up your own financing before you go in. Their business manager Ray will do you no justice. We have roughly and 800 beacon score and he was saying the best rate he could get us was around 6 percent. We ended up with less than 4 percent but had to buy some extended warranty on the car and the tires. We will be refinancing at 2.25% at our credit union. Would never consider buying from this dealer again. Now to top it all off Ray the Business Manager has fouled up the title paperwork with the DMV only putting my name on the car and leaving my wife's name off and he says it will take him a couple of days to get back to us since he does not know how to fix it. After over 20 years working will Palm Automotive (The prior ownership) with little to no problems Gettle Automotive of Charlotte County has lost us as a client. We will never buy from them again and I have opened a case with Hyundai Automotive Customer Service so Hyundai Motors is aware of what a bunch of screw ups Gettle Automotive is! More

First time for Gettel and Hyundai We were walkin customers at Gettel Hyundai after doing some internet research on the Hyundai Tucson and getting some pricing estimates via TrueCar. W We were walkin customers at Gettel Hyundai after doing some internet research on the Hyundai Tucson and getting some pricing estimates via TrueCar. We knew what we wanted and need a salesman who could demonstrate features of the features of the car. We were paired up with salesman Ricky Torres who was extremely knowledgeable and never tried to upsell on options or switch us to another model. When it came time to make the deal, our TureCar price estimate was accepted as the starting point upon which other published discounts were applied. Ricky worked with the sales manager to make sure every TureCar discount was applied. The sales manager worked overtime to apply an additional $1000 Hyundai discount for VW Diesel owners which resulted in a hard to match deal. The Tucson Limited with Ultimate package is an upscale high-tech car with plenty of technology for someone trading up from an older car. Ricky spent several hours demonstrating every feature of the car before we drove off the lot. Cudos to Gettel for a fine job in every aspect. More
